Thank you for
choosing our office to care for the dental health needs of you and your
family!
Your experience starts with the first telephone call you make to our office.
When you call to schedule an appointment, we will ask you questions so that
our first session together will go smoothly and we can customize our care to
meet your particular needs.
Once you arrive, you will be greeted by our scheduling coordinator. She will
be available to answer any questions you may have about the appointment and
to assist with any dental benefit information. Our treatment coordinator
will escort you through the office, giving you a tour. She will be your
personal contact throughout your appointment. She will explain in more
detail what you will experience today, review your medical and dental
history, and begin the process of collecting baseline data which includes
taking necessary x-rays. She is there to answer any questions and to meet
your needs. You will then have a personal interview with Dr. Piziks, at
which time she will listen and learn about your personal needs; to help her
determine an appropriate treatment plan customized for you. The last step is
to perform a thorough examination, which is like a full physical of your
head and neck.
Dr. Piziks and you
will then decide together what options are best for you and where to start.
You will leave the office with a treatment plan for the first appointment.
Our goal is to be your partner working towards your dental goals, and we are
confident that we can help you achieve them!

Payment is expected
at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, we provide the

expected at the time of service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Mastercard and discover. We
also provide options for those who need to make monthly payments. Our
financial coordinator will be glad to assist you in selecting a payment
option that works within your budget and is appropriate for your dental
care. |

Why are we mercury free?
We at Cadillac Family Dental are very concerned for not
only our patients health and well-being, but for our own and
for Mother Earths. My concern as a dentist has deepened over
time as more and more information has become available about
the toxic effects of Mercury on people and on the Earth.
Although there still seems to be much controversy over this
matter, there is no controversy for me. I would not want any
material in my own mouth that has even the possibility of
causing heavy metal poisoning or toxicity in my body, and
therefore I do not place that material in my patients
mouths. I completely stopped using amalgam (Mercury)
fillings in 1998 and since then have only placed composites,
inlays, onlays, or crowns. Upon removing old amalgam
fillings, we take many precautions in order to keep
ourselves and our patients safe. I feel that being
mercury-free is the future of dentistry and I am proud to be
one of the pioneers in this area.
Yours for better dental health,
Dr. Bethany Piziks and Team
